Wine Tasting Event Terms & Conditions
– No refund for cancellation within 7 days of the wine tasting event.
– If you need to cancel your booking you can do this in ‘My Account’ on the 56WS website.
– If you have booking or cancellation issues please email reservations@56westsmithfield.
– 56 West Smithfield holds the right to move the event if required, in the case a full refund will be given to customers or free option to move to another event date.
Room Hire Terms & Conditions
– Customers must pay the deposit for the room hire within 48 hours of receiving payment link / come to the shop, in order to secure the room hire.
– If the customer cancels the room hire at least 2 weeks prior to the room hire, they retain the right to receive a full refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is within 2 weeks of the room hire, 56 West Smithfield retains the right to keep the deposit.
– The date of the room hire can be changed, as long as at least two weeks’ notice is given.
– If customers do not reach their minimum spend requirement during the event, they must pay the additional cost.
– If more than 5 people attend than the agreed amount, 56WS has the right to increase the minimum spend accordingly.
